Nutty Banana BlastYour Tuesday Smoothie or Snack

INGREDIENTS:

(1) Banana
(1) Teaspoon of almond or any nutty spread
(1) Teaspoon honey
Sprinkle of cinnamon

Eat as a snack or add ice and (1) cup of you favorite milk, preferably no cow’s milk. Almond or soy.
