Our fitness boot camps are for women and men. You work at your own fitness level. Get fit and be a stronger you and have fun doing it! Our program is on the best athletic fields in Charlotte. We will help you reach your goals in a fun and creative process.
All camps are 3 days a week (M-W-F) for 4 weeks.

7:30am to 8:30am & 9:00am to 10:00am
Dates:
October 10th – November 4th
November 7th – December 2nd (off for Thanksgiving)
December 5th – January 6th (off for a week for Christmas)

Includes a $5 processing fee
